PAN LOAVES
Baked in a bread loaf pan, these loaves have a softer crust and are great for sandwiches & toast because of their toaster-friendly sized slices.  Each loaf weighs 900g, just under 2 lbs, with the exception of the Rustic Pan Loaf, which weighs 1100g, over 2.5 pounds.

​​RUSTIC PAN LOAF   |   $12

The same formula as the RUSTIC, only 20% larger and baked in a loaf pan.  This loaf has a softer crust and makes it the perfect choice for sandwiches or slices of bread that fit in your toaster.  Made with a blend of organic bread flour and 20% in-house milled organic whole wheat and ancient grains (spelt, khorasan and/or einkorn).

SEEDED PAN LOAF   |   $14   

Sesame, sunflower, pumpkin, poppy, and flax seeds.  Made with a blend of organic bread flour and 20% in-house milled organic whole wheat and ancient grains (spelt, khorasan and/or einkorn).  â€‹â€‹

CINNAMON RAISIN PAN LOAF   |  $14

This loaf is filled with sweet raisins and rolled up with a brown sugar cinnamon mixture.  Made with a blend of organic bread flour and 20% in-house milled whole wheat and ancient grains (spelt, khorasan and/or einkorn).

TOASTED OAT PAN LOAF   |  $14

Toasted oats with a hint of sweetness.  Made with a blend of organic bread flour and 20% in-house milled organic whole wheat and ancient grains (spelt, khorasan and/or einkorn).

EVERYTHING BAGEL PAN LOAF   |  $14

Everything Bagel seasoning in and on top of this loaf make it a great savory toast option.  Made with a blend of organic bread flour and 20% in-house milled organic whole wheat and ancient grains (spelt, khorasan and/or einkorn).​​​
